The North End welcomes your Cat or Dog but requests the following guidelines be followed:
- Pets are restricted to two in your Apartment Home.
- Any combination of cats and/or dogs are welcome.
- All Pets must be approved by the Management Team and must adhere to the Breed Restrictions.
The following dog breeds are RESTRICTED:
- Rottweiler
- Pitt Bull
- Chow
- Akita
- Doberman Pinscher
- German Shepherd
- Great Dane
- Staffordshire Bull Terrier
- Mastiff
- Wolf or any derivative mixed breeds
- Pets must be leashed at all times when outside of your Apartment Home.
- Pet owners are required to pick up after their pets.
- Please check with the Management Team to confirm applicable pet fees and monthly pet rents.
