Pet Policy

The North End welcomes your Cat or Dog but requests the following guidelines be followed:

  • Pets are restricted to two in your Apartment Home.
  • Any combination of cats and/or dogs are welcome.
  • All Pets must be approved by the Management Team and must adhere to the Breed Restrictions.

The following dog breeds are RESTRICTED:

  • Rottweiler
  • Pitt Bull
  • Chow
  • Akita
  • Doberman Pinscher
  • German Shepherd
  • Great Dane
  • Staffordshire Bull Terrier
  • Mastiff
  • Wolf or any derivative mixed breeds
  • Pets must be leashed at all times when outside of your Apartment Home.
  • Pet owners are required to pick up after their pets.
  • Please check with the Management Team to confirm applicable pet fees and monthly pet rents.
